Interview
I applied for this position but had already applied and interviewed for a previous position in the past. Therefore there was a quick turnaround time. They gave me a skills test to complete which was difficult. It was an excel spreadsheet but it was a lot. After review of the skills test, they told me I would not be moving up in the process.

Interview
Started off as a 1 on 1 and then was a group interview with a presentation. The 1 on 1 was straight forward regarding behaviorals and my interest in education policies and issues and the presentation was easy and required only an hour or two of preparation.
