Interview
Assessment Centre in London Head Office in Tower Bridge. Everyone was very helpful and the view was amazing. There was a lot of waiting around between things, I think due to the number of people being interviewed on the same day. I had a one-to-one interview (Scripted), then a Group Exercise, then Self assessment of the exercise with an assessor, then gave a mock lesson and then written self-assessment of the lesson.

Interview
Problem solving in a group task, followed by a short role-play situation (classroom environment where a child is distracting the class) and 30 to 40 minute interview with a panel.
