As an ex teacher, it felt great to be part of a mission where everyone in my direct team was very motivated by it. Lovely people who care Remote working at the time and lots of flex Lovely offices in Greenwich

Cons

At times, having to join long meetings which didn't always feel like a productive use of time It didn't always feel like there was lots of opportunity for career progression but this might have changed.
