The first step after applying for a job is a test. You’ve got an hour and half to do a test, consisting of a part in English and a part in Serbian. Some standard questions (about yourself, your interests, professional background etc.), two case studies- how would you write an email in some real life situations (from a job perspective that you’re applying for), plus sharing your knowledge about a company and some professional terms commonly used in that industry and some questions testing your intelligence level.

They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is.
