The interview process adopted demonstrates commitment to the candidate experience and accurate skill identification. It was a multi-stage interview containing techincal and culture fit questions. No live coding session were made. They were actually interested in knowing the boundaries of my skillset rather than catch me off guard and altough I began the process really nervous and pressured, they created an environment where I felt reassured and less scared over time. This interview process was fair and transparent and it was been one of the best processess I've been through so far.
