New, challenging and unique, perfect setup for the job to come. Shows that you can cooperate and communicate as a team. Seemed like to many people were present at the interview making it difficult to reach and impress everyone judging as it ultimately came down to a vote as a group.

Interview
The interview was 2 hours. I was placed in a room with a computer to do the interview through teams. I met with a few different supervisors and we discussed my prior work history and the position I applied for. The second hour I met with several other supervisors and they asked questions pertaining to how I handle different situations.

Question 1
Have you ever had a conflict with an employee and how did I handle it.
Take a 3 hour aptitude/skills test along with other applicants. Test includes math skills, thinking skills, mechanical aptitude, visual comprehension, etc.
If you pass the test you will be scheduled for an interview. The interview was a few weeks after the test.
The interview is usually conducted by two groups of two people, some in management, and some representing the union officials.
After a successful interview a job offer is extended.
There is a week-long orientation process before being placed within the plant (you have no say which department you're going)

Question 1
The most important thing they are looking for is a familiarity or at least a commitment to a safety regime since the number one buzzword in the plant is "safety." Do not tell stories that demonstrate risky behavior, aversion to authority, etc.
