Very unprofessional experience of interviewing. After deciding on compensation - decided to renege on the offer because the CEO decided to get someone else.
After fixing compensation - HR decided to "another round" and proceeded to ask me silly questions in that round and then said No.

Basic cases. Interviewers paid little attention to what I was saying.
It has recruitment consultant round, then atleast 4 rounds of interaction. First will be with the PL or engagement manager, then 2 - 3 rounds with principals, PHs. then followed by HR who will just coordinate the process
