I applied through university. I interviewed at Tata Power Delhi Distribution (Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh) in Apr 2026
Interview
Selection usually has an aptitude/online test, followed by a technical interview on electrical basics and safety.
Final HR round checks communication, attitude, and readiness for field work.
They also assess your problem-solving approach during real fault or outage situations and whether you can stay calm under pressure.
For freshers, strong fundamentals, willingness to learn, and a safety-first mindset matter more than advanced technical knowledge.
