Firstly, there was an online assessment (OA) for TCS NQT. The test included aptitude questions, quantitative analysis, and English verbal questions, followed by two easy-level coding questions. After this, I was shortlisted for an interview.
The interview was a bit strange. There were approximately 500 students at our campus who were shortlisted, so the interviewers seemed to be in a rush. Few interviews lasted an hour, while mostly ended in half an hour. The interviewers did not ask technical questions; instead, they mostly focused on HR and MR questions, which was unusual given the prime role they were offering.
