Interview
The interview was relatively easy compared to interviews conducted at any product based company. I was mostly asked questions based on my project that i was working on currently. The managerial round was also okay nothing tough here.
The interview process took 1 day and the final HR offer was also given on the same day.
But mind you these TCS HR's do not negotiate much and act as if they do not require our services that badly. You end up with not much of an offer.
The HR's don't have any knowledge about the requirements or the projects, they just tell you their usual mugged up stuff, so we should not believe the, Better to ask the manager about the project and stuff.
