Applied online for a hiring event they were having. They had a lot of people interviewing the same day. All interviews are out in the open at their open campus and it's pretty laid back. They'll have multiple interviews going on at once. Be prepared to talk through your resume and answer their questions.

The position I applied for was canceled, or something. TaskUs suggested I apply for another position that was open, chat support. The process took about 3 months in all. I don't believe everyones experience will be this way, just what I experienced.

Interview
Took a total of 91 days to go through the entire process. Was told training would be starting after the hiring process was completed. Left with no information or correspondence for 2 months and then told they would no longer be filling the position.

Interview
Was referred by a friend that worked there and first had a phone interview. After the phone interview I had a one on one interview with the recruiter and she later showed me the office area after said interview. I then had a couple of exams and then was i ready for training.
