Grueling, lots of trick hands on computer configurations questions. The interview process is nothing like the real job. There is so much that is hidden from the candidate. Working for the current IT Manager is a nightmare.

Interview
At the time I took it, there were three people. The boss, his manager buddy, and coworker.
Usual questions and then a configure server and PC lab.
The boss is a long-time Microsoft developer who knows his programming and all things Microsoft extremely well.
You must be a pro at this in the interview.
