Target Global interview questions

I had the interview with the recruiter. Overall, it was a pretty standard process with straightforward questions about my motivation for working in VC, the type of manager I work best with, why I would consider leaving my current employer, my responsibilities, and the investment thesis of the firm I currently work for. The interviewer was very friendly and open. She told me during the conversation that I would be moving on to the next round, but that never happened. About three weeks later, I was notified that I would not be moving forward in the process.
