Very strange interview with a Founder. No technicals. No behaviorals. The founder asked about 2 things: my transcript and my recent internship. The only inquiries about my transcript seemed to be centered on one semester with a heavy course load 2 years ago. When I talked about my internship experience, he was more concerned with the small details than with the big picture of what I learned and how my mind developed into a better analytical thinker. He did not ask me anything about my projects, clubs, or activities. When I asked questions about his company, most of his answers came off as generic, as if he couldn't or wouldn't provide much detail. Additionally, he seemed to want someone who would work long hours while not being paid very much. Best to avoid this company.
