Phone screen asking if I was interested in a certain role. I said I was looking for something different given my current role. Recruiter said that's fine, that I may be a good fit for a more senior role they've been thinking about filling. I said I was interested in learning more. After three weeks and having to reschedule three times, had a follow-up phone interview with a leader of the organization. Was as if this person had no info whatsoever from my original interview, and asked if I was interested in the same role I had previously declined. When I said I was looking for something else, the interviewer said, well we're a flat organization and all pitch in. That's great, but if it was truly flat there would not be tiered job titles and different salaries and responsibilities. Easy to say when you're a leader of the company. Very arrogant overall, and quite an unorganized process. Did not leave me with much confidence in how smoothly operations are run at Tapingo.
