Tango interview questions

I was scheduled for an interview with HR, with a request to read a 27 pages long presentation AND watch an hour and 30 minutes long film in Chinese. The interview was canceled 2 hours AFTER the scheduled meeting (no one reached out or answered my email) with no apology or explanation. Waste of time, very bad look for the company.

The interview process consisted of: 1) HR screening call 2) Excel home assignment 3) SQL home assignment I successfully passed the Excel assignment (although Excel was not mentioned in the job requirements) and expected the next step to be a call with the hiring manager. Instead, I received a private WhatsApp message from HR asking me to complete an additional SQL home assignment. I submitted the SQL assignment and waited for a response. After a week, I followed up (through WhatsApp) and was told that I did not pass. I asked for technical feedback in order to understand my mistakes and improve, but my message was ignored. Later, I received almost the same rejection email, but from a different HR representative. I asked this HR for feedback as well, but never received a response. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to review assignments in a reasonable time frame, respond to candidates’ messages, and provide basic technical feedback after multiple home assignments.
