Interview
Firstly I had a screening call with a recruiter to see if i was a match. This was followed up by a technical, where I was given a problem to solve. After that it was an interview with the director of engineering, we talked about life outside work then we pair programmed and he gauged my ability to resolve a scenario he gave me.
