Did a brief interview with the nurse managers then shadowed for an hour on the emergency room department floor. I met some of the other nurses and emergency room staff, got to see were things were. Etc
The interview was mostly Confirming my experience that was listed on my resume and behavioral questions as well as why I chose to work in healthcare. Very quick process only one interview.
