Talkiatry reached out to me after a few days of applying via LinkedIn. They had an initial recruiter reach out to me for a phone interview, then I heard nothing for 2 weeks. They send an email to me saying they were sorry that they lost my application in the applicat tracking system. After recommenciing speaking, they sent a "technical accessment". The assessment was a timed 40 minute knowledge of AWS commands, AWS components, docker commands, and some k8s command line. For each question, there is only 0.5-1 min for answer time. After "failing" the assessment (for which all the information can be gleaned from documentation), they cancelled the next interview. Sadly, it seems like this company does focus on mental health but it does lack on interviewing.
