recruitment was pretty straight forward. Phone interview, technical interview with questions relevant to a specific product. There was an HR interview, and a Management interview. mostly HR stuff and presentation of experience.

Interview
We talked a lot about the future salary and benefits, and very little about my previouse work experience. Only later I had a professional one on one talk of my abilities and experience, which was more about my intelect and intelligence, than my hands-on work. In overall, they were definetly more interested in my social skills than my experience.
