The interview process was pretty chill. The interviewee was 5 minutes late and pretty conversational, just described what the job was like, benefits, and what the onboarding process looked like.

They asked basic questions such as Why are you interested in working here, Describe a time where you went above and beyond for a customer, Describe a time where you handled a high stress situation(how you handled it), your availability etc

Interview
It was fine. It was not too hard. I still didn't get the job afterward because they denied me after the interview and the person interviewing me didn't reach back out to me after I reached out to her.
Very easy, my first interview ever so we talked about school experiences that could be beneficial for the job. The entire interview lasted about 20 minutes with 4 or so questions.
