Interview
You will go through 3 online tests: Verbal Reasoning Assessment, Numerical Reasoning Assessment and Logical Reasoning Assessment. And then a video interview. The questions will be recorded by your camera and microphone. You cannot re-record it if you feel your answer is not good enough.

Question 1
1. what do you want to learn during the placement?
Psychometric test and then a recorded interview. It was as expected however would have preferred to talk to someone rather than record answers to questions. I did not get to a further stage.
I sent my CV and a few days later I received an email informing me I've been selected for the second stage selection. Here you have to complete 3 different types of test; logical test, verbal reasoning test and mathematics test. They do provide you with training material so that you can prepare for these tests.
