I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TSP (Houston, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was respectful of my time in both efficiency and punctuality. I felt the hiring manager read my resume and was quite familiar with my work experience, so the interview was focused intelligent questions about how my past experience would fit with my new responsibilities and determining if I had the requisite soft skills for the position. The recruiter was transparent with the benefits package and its cost. None of the negatives that people share on Reddit and LinkedIn. I was treated as a professional, by professionals, throughout.
