I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TSMC in May 2024
Interview
First interview: Spoke to an engineer in my department one-on-one. Mostly behavioral questions. The job is very stressful so there are a lot of questions about if you are okay with being under pressure a lot and possibly working overtime/weekends/occasionally recieving phone calls on off-days.
Second interview: Panel with a few engineers. Also behavioral questions and asking me to explain my work experience.
The entire process was very quick, about 3 weeks from them reaching out for an interview to a job offer.
