Interview
They took me 6 months to respond to my application. Gave me three days to decide on their offer (it was only one business day in effect).
They also asked me if I was familiar with Turkish politics and history. It seemed like a vetting question.

Interview
I had two interviews - with HR and department manager. Overall everything went quite well. They were kind and understanding, and they were impressed by my background. I received a job offer but I declined it in favor of another opportunity
