First, an hour long phone interview with a recruiter. They reviewed my resume closely and wanted to know about mechanical aptitude and technical ability. Second, a zoom call with a hiring manager. This was a conversation to get to know someone more than it was an interview. No questions were asked, company info and details on the job were given. Third, an in person interview and tour of the facility were scheduled.

Recruiter sent me an email for availability for the next few days, I replied a couple hours later with the requested availability. They did not reply for over a week and attempted to schedule an interview for the next day. Eventually, we landed on setting The screening call for a couple days later. It appeared to be a standard screening call, a 30-min interview with the hiring manager, supervisor, and director was scheduled for the following week. Only the manager attended, asked basic interview questions, and took the time to answer my questions. I was told I'd hear back within the week, however, I did not. When I followed up with the recruiter, they stated that the manager was still making selections and that they would let me know when they heard back. The closed the requisition and I was never contacted. Overall, a rather unprofessional interview process. Speaks volumes.
