It went great!! Interview with several (now) co-workers. There were 2 stages to the interview, the initial (1 person) and then the final (several people you converse with). You talk about the experiences you have had and how working at those places were, what you learnt and such.

Two interviews online by upper management. Interview wasn't bad, they asked typical questions like greatest weakness ect. Asked some technical questions. They did seem like they are not hiring currently

How to design pendulum structure in substation in high seismic zones
setting up the interview was a breeze, it ended up being one interview and done, interviewer was friendly asked a few technical questions I answered them to the best of my ability and we went from there.

Remote interview over teams with several current employees. First round was not too technical with the employer asking general questions. Did not accept the job offer because of another opportunity
