The interview process took 3 months, there was a formal rejection email, then an informal invitation to interview for the same position shortly after. The first round is a work sample that took far too long, after the work sample you are invited to the first round of interviews with who you would report to and someone else. They ask you regular behavior based questions, that one went well. You are then sent prep work for the final interview which has the company mission statement and values that you will need to speak to. The final interview is with the same person you would report to and a VP - the VP on my call was completely unprofessional, no camera on and a lack of interest in my candidacy from the start of the call, overall the process was a waste of time as the VP seems to be making the decision and the person I would be reporting seemed really great and easy to talk to.
