They walked me into the managers office then we sat and started the conversation. Went very quick about 10 minutes. Before I did have to wait about 20 min before the interview for them to get me since they were busy.

They will contact you by phone call. The interview process happens during the phone call. They ask pretty easy and general questions about how well you can manage problems. If they are satisfied with your answers, they will ask you about your availability.
