The interview process was very simple and quick. I was referred by a friend and already knew management. The majority of the interview was focused on my past experience as well as behavioral questions.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
