They just take you to an office after you arrive at the store. You will spend a couple minutes no less than 5 minutes interviewing. Then if they are able to reach out to a reference. You will get an orientation, which would just be a tour of the store.

Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
