Fairly short and straight to the point. My questions were answered and I was given a good overview of the position. This interview took place while I was in high school so many of the questions revolves around my availability after school

Why do you think you are a good candidate for the position
very simple, easy questions, quick and under 30 mins. know that they have a front of house and back of house; back of house typically unloads the truck in the morning.
It was a pretty basic interview, they asked all the typical interview questions. Got me in and out and were super nice. They said to dress business casual and gave me time to ask any questions I had
Professional and engaging interview process. The staff was welcoming as I visited the local store. They led me to the hiring manager who was energetic, displayed great communicable skills, and knowledgeable. I was engaged in an interview with seasoned managerial presence, history, and associate expectations. I'm delighted to join the TJ Maxx family!
