Applied online and received an email within a few days to schedule a one-way video interview. This interview sets the tone for everything that follows, so be relaxed and treat it like you would if they were sitting in front of you. They know it's a different experience, so they expect some discomfort, but everyone watches it before they interview you, so make it count. They also like to talk about the one's that go bad, so you know they all get watched.
Video interview was followed by a scheduled phone interview with HR, then the hiring manager, then his boss. In-person interview was with hiring manager & 2 levels up. Very casual conversations and good connections on all phone interviews, but the in-person was tense - hiring manager was very uncomfortable with upper management, which created a difficult atmosphere.
Phone interviews narrowed pool to 5 candidates for in-person. Only 1 candidate for final round (which wasn't me).
People were very casual and easy to speak with, but strictly one way communication outside HR. No returned calls, emails or feedback after interviews, which sucks, since they consumed so much of my time during the interview process. Was a big fan, now just another former shopper.
