Interview
The process went fairly quickly. I applied online and received a call from a recruiter. They did an initial interview to determine my qualification. It was followed by an interview with the manager. It was fairly straight forward. Very pleasant experience. There really weren't any hardball questions. Candidates should do their research and know about the company. It is very important.

General behavioral questions. What do you know about the company.
Talk about school experience, why I want this internship, goals for post graduation, would I relocate, why am I a team player, my investment knowledge, would I take the SIE
Good and formal when I gave in 2022. Structured process but HR is slow to respond. Questions asked were about basic accounting questions and also IFRS 15 and 16. Also behavior questions were asked like tell me about yourself and company values.

Explain lesse and lessor accounting as per ifrs 16
Process was quick and very efficient. Overall, took a little over a month with 2 interviews. First one was a recruiter who asked about my interests and which team I would want to work in. Second interview asked more behavioral questions to learn me more.
