Everyone was very welcoming in the office. The people I interviewed with made me feel comfortable. There were a few thought provoking questions but nothing too difficult. It felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview.

Scheduled interview through email. Began with 15 minute editing test. I was asked to edit a long-form add. Very comfortable interview process with the woman. Didn't even feel like an interview, but she still asked the right questions.

Interview
Got an email about coming in for an interview which seemed to be the one and only that they were expecting. Basically a test of how well you know the company along with conversation in which they gloat about their success. Not very much get to know you or your work history.
Took 3 weeks to hear a single thing from them (albeit an email) even after taking time to come in along with a follow up. Not appreciative of time spent coming in either.
