THE ICONIC interview questions

I was scheduled to interview with two specific people, but on the day the second interviewer was instead from a different team, which I hadn’t been prepared for. I’ll acknowledge that I didn’t perform at my best in the interview. I wasn't feeling it after the first 10 mins and I didn't put my best foot forward, that's on me but my gut was right. That said, there were a few concerning aspects. One of the interviewers seemed defensive when I asked about the team structure and reporting lines, especially given that most of the design team had recently left the company. In addition, I haven’t received any follow-up from the internal recruiter since the interview. I have emailed to ask for confirmation, regardless of the outcome and have not received any updates. I think it's incredibly unprofessional not to let candidates know the outcome of their interviews. Overall, the experience raised red flags about transparency and communication, and I feel relieved not to be moving forward (I assume!).
