First interview was a technical interview with Lead Developer and CTO, generic questions about your past experience. After this they invite you to their office and ask you to create a landing page in 2 hours from scratch. (Senior Frontend Developer) They provide a Figma file but the file is just a jpeg and no possibility calculate the margins and paddings etc. (For my case the mac they provided had a broken touchpad and I wasn't able to double click on it, or change screens.) I couldn't finish it in 2 hours and sent it in the weekend and CTO responded as my code quality is subpar and they were expecting me to complete the task in 2 hours. The response was very disrespectful and sounded like they have no idea what kind of skillset they were looking for.
