Applied in person and spoke with a kitchen manager to drop off resume, had a physical interview with kitchen manager and the general manager a week later, started the next day.
Simple, and mainstream. Keep your answers fast and short. Answer questions like somebody that could multitask would answer and you are then pretty much guaranteed to get the job as a line cook.
