      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TEN Credit Union

      Interview

This more than likely will be a TEAM interview, so you will have more than one person interviewing you, which is a tad intimidating. You will go into a room with the two or three interviewers, and they'll proceed to ask questions. One may give you curveball questions to check off if you're a fit, and the other will may the basic interviewing questions. I did find my interview slightly off-putting, as when I asked for clarifying question, I was met with a snarky snappy tone. "Well, I thought I just explained that, but I guess i'll explain it again." Oh, okay, I hear you loud and clear. TCU, if you're reading this, please read this carefully. If you want people to work for you, at least provide a welcoming atmosphere, and adapt a welcoming tone. You're going to turn away people who genuinely want to work because of your delivery. On another note, when I walked in, a man who i've never spoken to had asked me if I was "there for a round two." AKA, was I there for another interview. I have no idea who he was, or how he knew that I was there for an interview, and it makes me feel like there was scuttlebutt amongst the coworkers about my interview. I had not spoken to that man, nor did I know his name, or his job title. So, we're already off to an "odd" start. He had no part of the interviewing process. I genuinely wanted to work here. I love financial occupations, and meeting with customers. But after processing some of the events, gandering at the reviews, assessing how I felt after leaving...its a no-go.

      Question 1

How would you handle an irate customer that had their vehicle repoed by TCU, and wanted to know how they could get back their vehicle.
