The steps I had were: - Introduction Call - Multiple Choice focused on language(s) you specialize in - Introduction Call with Account Manager - Leetcode style coding challenge (easy and medium difficulty) - Final Panel with the company the contract is for The reason I consider the process so easy is because the recruiter will spell out exactly what to expect in each step of the process, making a very pain free process.
