Interview
Very very brief. They basically act as if your resume is all they need. I am not even sure if they contacted references. There are many jobs available, more if you have a degree. It seemed like more of a conversation with a friend than an interview. Very low pressure.

They basically ask questions from your work on your resume. Nothing based on performance. very simple.
The interviewer was very unprepared and made personal questions about my childhood. It was hard to understand what she meant and she took my answer to a wrong side most of the times

Interview
They asked weird interview questions. They asked you to tell them your personal family background, and how you grew up, like what do your parents do kinda stuff, which is very unprofessional. I felt super uncomfortable sharing those to strangers at our first meeting,
The interviews were lengthy and most of the interviewers were nice and seemed to like me, the last interview was a woman who for no real reason, rejected my answers, claiming I don't really want this job (I did). Got rejected based on this. Length (4 interviews) and rejected for no real reason.
