I was asked to interview internally and the interview consisted of a one on one with the office manager. I had been working at this company for a couple of years as a recruiter and had been working to become an Account Manager. My peers helped me get to where I am now and I couldn't have done it without them.

Interview
The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview

Was offered position by supervisor who interviewed me, took my resume offline, and was then ghosted by the supervisor. Tried for over 2 months, unsuccessfully, get someone to respond back to me.
