I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at TEKsystems (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
First I got interviewed by one of their employees to see if I was able to join their company, and exchange information. After that short process, you don't get hired until you land a job first. Took em almost 3 months to get me my first interview, and during all that time I didn't know if they ghosted me, but I didn't hear from them at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask about how long I have been in IT and what kind of certifications I had.
I applied online. I interviewed at TEKsystems in Nov 2022
Interview
I've had less intense pitches from used car salespeople. The recruiter who called me was incredibly pushy about trying to sell me a role that pays below the market with an incredibly inconvenient commute. On-site full-time, of course, and below my skill level.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
[first call, during normal work hours, no prior coordination or notification] Is now a good time to talk? This is a very exciting opportunity, are you sure you're not free to talk now? How soon can you be available to talk? Okay, I can email you, but how soon can I call you back? [After not emailing me, and calling me back approximately when he said he would] What's your current job? What's a typical day like for you in your current job? Okay, we're looking for someone with skills like yours but for a high-risk, low-reward, high-tedium role. Are you sure this job isn't a fit? Why aren't you interested in this job? Do you know anyone who would be interested in this job? Are you sure you can't refer anyone to this job?

it was a fast and easy interview with a few tech questions and education background. it did not last more that 15 - 20 minutes. The interviewer was very polity and knowledgeably on the subject.
