I had to take a personality questionnaire and then had a scheduled phone interview. The woman who interviewed me was not friendly. I tried my best to connect with her but her attitude was very strict and unapproachable. I was sent an email saying I was no longer eligible for further interviews, even after a senior recruiter from the company said I would be a great fit. Guess it matters who you get to interview you. No thanks.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
