Quick short interview about motivations, availability and quickly learning how to make a recipe. Was then tasked to prepare a drink according to an order - you got to take it home and drink it as well!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TEA FOR you
Interview
The interview was very simple and short. Just share your experience and do the mini test about making a drink. They will tell you about the training and the shift.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at TEA FOR you (Fremont, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Mostly trying to see if I could work the closing shift and which days of the week I can work. They're very flexible when it came to scheduling. They interviewed me at the store but away from the other staff members. I started the following week.
