One day, long interview, and it was not comprehensive. They did not fully prepare me for the people I was going to meet, or the length of the interview. While I nailed it, I feel I could have done better.

VP reaches out to me on LinkedIn and scrutinizes me for my background, when I stand my ground, he tells me that he will push my profile to the HR and tells me not to disclose this conversation to the HR. The HR who calls me is rude. Worst interview experience. The company might be good overall but the HR and the VP who reached out to me were pathetic.

First round will be telephonic interview by general HR, then general HR round in person,then BU HR and BU Manager round in person and finally general HR round for compensation and benefits.
