The process was good and simplified. It began with a formal introduction and a little chat and then we proceeded to the interview. I got a very well explanation of the requirements for the job and what will be my duties as a part of the organisation.

Presentazione del CV e del percorso di studio. Qualche domanda un po' più tecnica, e richiesta di preparare un business case, per vedere il modo di ragionare. Il business case non ha solo una risposta corretta, l'importante è descrivere bene le "assumptions' usate. Colloquio tutto in Inglese.

Applied through campus recruiter. After a couple of weeks I was contacted for a phone interview, then 2 weeks later a final on site interview was scheduled. The final interview had multiple 30 minute interviews with various managers, included a lunch with younger analyst. Each interviewer showcased a lot of excitement for the company
