Contacted by recruiter, then sent to HR. HR manager emailed to schedule a time to chat. Suddenly chatted with someone else, not sure their title, but surprised me by having it be a scheduled 60min technical interview. It lasted about 15minutes and the person interviewing was incredibly rude. Awful experience, would not recommend this company if the interview process is this unprofessional and disorganized.

First round was short call with CTO followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Got the offer after final round but the compensation was on lower side. Whole process took around 2 weeks.

Interview
Two rounds of technical interviews plus a final round with leadership team.
The second round includes a homework exercise, which in my opinion resembles a real life software challenge.
It is key to ask interviewer about the right questions in the homework exercise as a demonstration of good communication.
