TAL Group Software Developer interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter at Tal Group via Linked for a mobile engineering position. They requested me to send them my latest resume via email. After a few days, they provided me with a couple of options (day / time) for a personal interview. I visited their downtown Toronto office and have to wait for 2-3 minutes before interviewer greeted me and took me into the interview room. Interview was about 20-30 minutes, but was not very technical. Instead, most questions asked were around my salary expectations and my current salary. Also, why do I want to switch jobs.
