TAL Group interview questions

I had the first interview with RH, then 1 hour and a half technical interview with other company that TalGroup would act as contractor, and then with the CEO of TalGroup. I asked to the CEO of TalGroup about flexibility and he said that it was ok, total workshift freedom im the other company. Thats why i accepted the offer. After i received the contract I order to sign, the RH person told me that i wouldnt take any flexibility in workshift. I asked to speak with the CEO of TalGroup, and she answered me that i wasnt able to do that. After many emails we agree in some workshift hours. I signed the contract, and after that i received an email with a workshift i didnt agree on the firstplace. I complained, so the withdrew the contract. Very unprofessional people, they need to care about people.
